How fees work

A visit costs what the written estimate says. Team plan members pay the yearly price on their card, and anything the card doesn't list is quoted in writing first. Financing is offered by third-party lenders. Approval and terms are set by the lender.

You can ask for a written estimate before any treatment. If you're paying without insurance, we give you a written estimate in advance, when you book or whenever you ask. It lists the visit, each step we expect, and the fee for each.

We aren't in network with any plan, and we don't file claims. The team plan is not insurance and can't be combined with it. We aren't enrolled with Medicaid or CHIP.

After each visit you get an itemized receipt. If your own plan reimburses out-of-network care, you can send it in. Whether it pays, and how much, is up to the plan.

We don't check benefits, because we don't bill plans. If you want to know what your plan does for an out-of-network dentist, call the number on your card and ask. We'll give you the procedure codes for your visit.
