A talk, an exam by Dr. Kulkarni, X-rays only if she needs them, and a written estimate before any treatment.

What you'll hear in the first visit
Dr. Kulkarni starts with what you want to know, not with a chart.
She tells you what she sees in your mouth, what the choices are, what each costs and what happens if you wait. If you're on the team plan, she tells you which of those visits are on your card.
